I am no novice to healthy eating and exercise, but after being diagnosed with hypothyroidism and then a foot injury requiring surgery i have struggled with the derailment of ,y exercise routine and an uncontrollable weight gain. Hi, I dropped from 170-118 but then my doctor told me I had to go up because of my exercise (burning 600 a day) and my calorie intake (1,300-1,700 sometimes less meaning post burn I would only consume 700-1200 sometimes less) so I did but I gained weight and I’m now at 132. I want to lose 10 pounds but now I’m stuck on figuring out when to eat, what to eat, what workout to do, when to do it. can you help guide me please

Im restricted on working out by my doctor. Is there something I can do to jump start my weight loss without the workout.

Just found your website recently and love all the information that is packed into this site. My only issue right now is that I want to get started so that I can be on track to having that perfect body (Bigger butt, thicker thighs and flatter stomach) and need to find recipes that cater to the 50% complex carbs 30% protein and the 20% healthy fats. So far I have been able to find none. The ones that I have seen so far have those percentages but they are usual flipped around, like I’ve seen recipes that have 20% protein or carbs but nothing in the order of which you have explained it on your site.

Please help as I am ready to get started as of yesterday.

I have been working out 3x’s a week for the past month ..each being 60 min or more. However the scale isn’t moving . Could it be I’m not eating enough? I have syndrome X and have been warned to stay from carbs. I eating around 1000 cal a day and drinking a gallon of water .

How is it possible I can lose these disgusting love handles within a year??
