WELCOME TO THE FULLYRAW 21-CHALLENGE MEAL PLAN! THIS LIST GIVES YOU 1 RECIPE A DAY FOR THE NEXT 21 DAYS! YOUR GOAL: TO EAT 1 FULLYRAW MEAL A DAY. EACH ONE OF THESE RECIPES HAS AN ACCOMPANYING VIDEO WITH IT, AND I WILL BE POSTING AND SHARING NEW RECIPE VIDEOS IN ADDITION TO THESE WHEN THE CHALLENGE BEGINS!

I WANTED YOU ALL TO BE ABLE TO PREPARE AND SHOP FOR ALL 21 MEALS, SO THIS LIST IS A MEAL PLAN GUIDE FOR YOU TO HAVE SO THAT YOU CAN BE FULLY STOCKED AND PREPPED. YOU CAN MIX UP THE DAYS HOWEVER YOU SEE FIT. FEEL FREE TO BE CREATIVE WITH THE RECIPES AS WELL, CATER THEM TO YOUR NEEDS, AND HAVE FUN!

THE CHALLENGE RUNS FROM JANUARY 5TH-25TH, AND I WILL BE POSTING THE NEW VIDEOS ANYTIME BETWEEN NOON AND 3 PM CENTRAL TIME DAILY.
